This position of Behaviour Mentor suits someone practical, disciplined, and able to work independently while maintaining strong professional standards.\n\nAbout the Role:\n As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide targeted one-to-one and small-group guidance, helping pupils stay focused, manage challenges, and remain on track with learning. You will follow established behaviour frameworks and contribute to a stable, consistent learning environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities as Behaviour Mentor:\n\nTargeted Guidance: Deliver clear, goal-driven support based on individual needs.\nLearning Assistance: Help pupils stay on task through structured activities and planned interventions.\nBehaviour Management: Apply strategies that build self-control, resilience, and constructive decision-making.\nProgress Tracking: Record essential information and share updates with staff.\nProfessional Coordination: Work efficiently with teachers, families, and external agencies when required.To succeed as a Behaviour Mentor, you will need:\n\nExperience in a school, SEMH, youth work, or similar structured setting.\nStrong communication abilities and confidence working with behaviour plans.\nA steady, consistent approach when handling challenging situations.\nA proactive, independent working style and reliability.\nAn enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply through Reeson Education.Benefits as a Behaviour Mentor:\n\nCompetitive daily rate of £90-£120 based on experience.\nFlexible full-time and part-time options.\nAccess to development opportunities and relevant training.\nA professional and well-organised working environment.\nThe chance to make a clear and measurable impact.Please note: This role requires strong safeguarding awareness.
