BMS Commissioning Engineer
\n 9 month initial contract
\n £380 per day

Job Summary:
\n As a BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Building Management System (BMS) projects, ensuring all commissioning activities are delivered on time and within scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end BMS project lifecycle, ensuring all technical and commissioning aspects are delivered on time and within scope.
\n - Program & Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, tracking actual progress against planned milestones.
\n - Documentation: Produce, manage, and submit all project documentation, ensuring compliance and client approval.
\n - Client Liaison: Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
\n - System Coordination: Coordinate with panel manufacturers, electrical installers, and engineering teams to implement BMS solutions in line with specifications.
\n - Project Handover: Conduct system demonstrations, organize handover documentation, and ensure successful project completion.

Essential experience needed:
\n
\n - Minimum 5 years' experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer
\n - Proven delivery of at least 5 commissioning projects, including major/complex projects
\n - 5+ years experience and knowledge of :\n
\n - HVAC & BMS fundamentals
\n - A range of BMS software (Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Johnson Controls etc)
\n
\n - ECS or CSCS Card (or equivalent)
\n - SMSTS or SSSTS
\n - Strong hands-on commissioning and project delivery experience
\n - Background working with live electrical/control systems
\n
\n
