Administrator & Client Support Executive\nFull-Time | Office Based | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm\n\nWe are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator & Client Support Executive to join our growing team. This role combines administration, client support, report writing, and outbound calling to existing clients and new leads, within a Financial Advisory / Investment Managemernt firm.\n\nThe successful candidate will be confident communicating with clients, managing multiple tasks, and supporting the wider team to deliver excellent service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Preparing reports and completing administrative tasks\n\n * Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems\n\n * Handling calls, emails, post, and general office administration\n\n * Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads\n\n * Building and maintaining strong client relationships\n\n * Supporting the sales and advisory teams with day-to-day administration\n\n * Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection procedures\n\nRequirements\n\n * Previous office administration experience essential\n\n * Strong organisational and communication skills\n\n * Confident telephone manner\n\n * Good attention to detail and data entry skills\n\n * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)\n\nBenefits\n\n * Salary: £25,000 DOE\n\n * 22 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * Company pension scheme\n\n * Onsite parking\n\n * Study support and progression opportunities
