Sewell Wallis is working with a growing, PE-backed business based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, who are looking to add a Finance Business Partner to their dynamic team. This role poses a significant opportunity for a technically adept, commercially minded candidate to transition into a well rounded, varied position, with the opportunity to progress longer term.\n\nThe successful Finance Business Partner candidate will report directly in to the Head of FP&A and have the opportunity to work in a highly visible, outward facing role, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial information that drives performance and decision-making.\n\nWhat will you be doing?\n\nBuild strong relationships with regional managers to support financial performance\nAct as the primary finance contact for operational teams\nProvide guidance on budgets, cost control, and financial performance\nSupport understanding of key drivers within the business\nSupport budgeting and forecasting processes\nMonitor performance against budgets\nConduct financial modelling and scenario analysis\nProduce quarterly service-level P&L reports\nHighlight key variances and trends\nSupport board and senior leadership reporting\nDeliver clear financial insights to non-financial stakeholdersWhat skills are we looking for?\n\nAAT qualified or studying towards CIMA / ACCA (preferred)\nExperience working in a finance or analyst role\nAdvanced Excel skills - Power BI experience (desirable)\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders\nCommercial awareness and financial insightWhat's on offer?\n\nHybrid working\nFlexible working \nStudy Support\n33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) \nCompany pensionSend us your CV below or contact Lawrie Bacon for more information.\n\nTo apply please send your CV, quoting our reference and specifying which website you saw this position advertised on.
