Together.Your role:Your role has a focus on collecting data from our business and using that data to provide insights that allow for fact-based decisions to be made on the topics that guide our business. You’ll work on a variety of tasks, including mixture between monthly reporting on key activities and metrics, and project based activity that informs and guides the strategic direction of the MRS (Mail Related Solutions) business across the region.You will conduct ad hoc analysis and data requests to support acquisition campaigns and customer programmes, collating, validating and matching of data from different database sources.You’ll assist in preparation of reports as requested according to business needs and you’ll collaborate on analysis and interpretation of data to drive data-driven decisions for strategic planning.You will be the point of contact for Salesforce data queries, being proactive in resolving problems and implementing updates, and you’ll be continuously improving systems and data handling to remove manual processes and streamline working practices.You’ll ensure successful delivery of existing automated and non-automated reports, loading data for campaigns, maintaining existing reports to support Sales and providing monthly data forecast.What you bring:You have ‘expert’ level MS Excel skills; you probably have some experience of Qlikview or Power BI.You have SFDC reporting and dashboard experience and you’re able to demonstrate strong data visualisation skills. You can demonstrate an approach that’s deadline focussed; you’re driven to get things done, paying attention to details as well as demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills, and an ability to work as part of a team.You hold native level fluency in both verbal and written English; If you can speak German and/or Italian this would be considered a plus.Benefits:We’re committed to developing, retaining, and keeping our people engaged and motivated, and you can look forward to joining a company with a culture of diversity, fairness and respect.
