The Supply Register is delighted to be working in partnership with Core Education Trust to recruit enthusiastic and dependable Cover Supervisors to join our Bank Staff Pool from September 2026.

We are looking for confident individuals to support Secondary Schools across the Trust, including Arena Academy, City Academy and Rockwood Academy in Birmingham. Whether you're seeking flexible day-to-day work, a long-term placement, or a full-time opportunity, we have a variety of roles available to suit your needs.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

\n
• Supervise classes during the absence of teaching staff
\n
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities
\n
• Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their work
\n
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
\n
• Provide a safe, positive and productive learning environment
\n
• Follow all school safeguarding and attendance procedures
\n

\n
• Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Confidence managing groups of students in a classroom setting
\n
• A professional, adaptable and reliable approach
\n
• A genuine interest in education and supporting student success
\n
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
\n
