A well established and leading organisation based in the Cardiff city centre area is looking for a full time enthusiastic Customer Service Administration Assistant, who can build a rapport with customers whilst also being able to deal with demanding situations.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and be able to work on his or her own or as part of a team. The ability to be organised and be able to manage time to achieve deadlines is essential along with a solid customer service background.
Your duties will include:
Processing service orders requests
Constant customer liaison for resolution of customer issues
Advising customers on products and building strong working relationships with customers along with the busy team you will be working in
Providing administration support.
If you have first class customer service skills coupled with the personality to build a rapport with customers this could be the perfect role for you.
This is a temporary role until 31/03/2021 and as with all of our temporary roles, is subject to extension or the potential to go permanent.
