\nStrong knowledge of digital marketing channels, customer engagement strategies and marketing technologies. \nExperience using customer data and analytics to inform decisions and improve campaign effectiveness. \nThe ability to create, deliver and optimise customer-focused marketing initiatives.

\nStrong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \nA proactive approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities and drive improvements.

\nA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
