\nAs part of our Property Services Team, you will provide electrical maintenance for NCHAs tenants and external customers in line with NCHAs vision of More Homes, Great Services, Better Lives.

\nWhat we are looking for
\nWe would like to hear from you if you are able deliver an innovative, efficient and flexible service that is customer focused, compliant and sustains high levels of excellence and quality.
\nThis role requires you to have an NVQ level 3 in electrical installation, as well as an 18th edition wiring regulations, AM2, 2391-52 (or equivalent) inspection and testing (essential) and a minimum of 5 years experience. You must submit evidence of your qualifications during your interview.
\nYou will need to demonstrate you meet the following criteria in your application and during your interview:
\nWe are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently and act on their own initiative, who can work in an efficient manner that delivers value for money, who can identify gaps in our service delivery and communicate them to line management, and ideally, someone who has knowledge of renewable energy.
\nA full UK driving license is required for this role.
\nPlease note you will be required to complete a Work-related Test at the time of your interview.
\nWorking Hours
\nMonday to Thursday, 8.00am 4.30pm. Friday 8.00 - 3.30pm
\nHead Office is based in Clifton.
