A major part of the role involves corporate support — including employment due diligence on acquisitions, TUPE advice, and strategic workforce planning for fast‑growing businesses.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising on Employment Tribunal claims, disputes, grievances, and negotiated exits
• Drafting contracts, policies, and day‑to‑day HR advisory work
• Leading employment due diligence on corporate transactions
• Supporting on TUPE, reorganisations, and workforce change projects
• Building strong client relationships with entrepreneurial and high‑growth businesses
• Contributing to business development and the growth of the practice
