Renowned London law firm is looking for an experienced, proactive and organised Legal PA to support market-leading fee earners in their fast-paced and busy Employment department. \n - Salary to £46,000 + great employee benefits
\n - Generous hybrid working (40% office / 60% remote)
\n - Full-time hours or a 4-day working week available
\n - 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)

Employment Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Proactive diary management
\n - Maintain up to date knowledge and a strong understanding of fee earners’ matters to be able to provide the best level support
\n - Establish and maintain effective communications with both internal and external clients or contacts
\n - Onboard new clients, open new matters, and draft engagement letters
\n - New matter and AML checks including obtaining relevant documentation
\n - Co-ordinate administrative tasks such as travel planning / expenses, monitoring inboxes, organising meetings, time entries, mail, and research
\n - Prepare bills (including bill narratives)

Employment Legal PA Skills & Requirements:
\n
\n - Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience within a law firm is essential
\n - Employment law experience (contentious and non-contentious) would be highly advantageous
\n - Experience coordinating BD-related events or client initiatives on behalf of fee earners within a Legal PA role
\n - Highly organised, proactive, flexible, and a strong team player
\n - Familiarity with InterAction
