The role\n

\n
• Deliver engaging Functional Skills English and Maths lessons (Entry 3 to Level 2)
  
\n
• Teach mainly 1618-year-olds, many with EHCPs or additional needs
  
\n
• Manage a rolling cohort of around 60 learners (growing towards 80)
  
\n
• Use existing Pearson schemes of work and prep learners for weekly exams
  
\n
• Have one day a week for admin and planning from home
  
\n

About you\n

\n
• Experienced delivering Functional Skills (reformed curriculum preferred)
  
\n
• Confident teaching the 1618 age group
  
\n
• SEN or employability experience a bonus
  
\n
• You dont need to reinvent the wheel everythings in place, ready to teach
  
\n
• Teaching qualification is essential (AET 3 / PTLLS min)
\n
