You'll partner with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer/recruitment expectations and support throughout alongside partnering with senior stakeholders to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies, designing and implementing new workflows in our ATS What you'll need to succeed You'll be experienced in recruitment, and guiding / supporting hiring managers to perform interviews. You'll have up to date market knowledge, constantly guiding the business in the best way to attract new hires.
