We are currently recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups across a range of subjects
\n
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
\n
• Provide targeted support for students with additional needs, including SEN
\n
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
\n
• Support students' academic progress and emotional wellbeing
\n
• Contribute to lesson preparation and classroom organisation
\n

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A recent degree or expected completion in 2026 or 2027 (any subject considered, though education, psychology, or related fields are advantageous)
\n
• A genuine interest in working within education
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
\n
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
\n
• Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
\n
