We are looking for skilled HLOP Drivers to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking consistent afternoon shifts and the chance to secure a long-term role.

The Role
\n As an HLOP Driver, your responsibilities will include:
\n Operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) in a safe and controlled manner
\n Picking, replenishing, and relocating stock within the warehouse
\n Ensuring goods are stored in the correct locations
\n Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed
\n Complying with all health and safety guidelines, including working at height
\n Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised

What We're Looking For
\n Proven experience operating an HLOP
\n Valid HLOP licence or recognised MHE qualification
\n Confidence working at height with appropriate safety equipment
\n Strong attention to detail
\n Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
\n Flexible approach to supporting wider warehouse tasks
\n Own transport is highly desirable due to limited public transport and site location

Please note: The initial two weeks of training will take place at an alternative warehouse location before moving to the main Derby site.
