Due to continued growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join their team in Northampton.\n\n This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.\n\n The Role\n\n As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion. Working closely with both customers and the external sales team, you will ensure a seamless customer journey while identifying opportunities to drive business growth.\n\n Key Responsibilities\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business\nHandle incoming sales enquiries and provide product and technical support\nPrepare and issue quotations accurately and efficiently\nProcess sales orders and provide customers with delivery updates\nIdentify new business opportunities and support the external sales team\nDeliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey\nKeep up to date with industry trends and market developmentsAbout You\n\nPrevious experience within internal sales, customer service, or a similar role\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\nExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail\nConfident using ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office\nProactive, motivated, and results-driven approach\nFull access to your own transport is essential due to travel requirementsWhat’s in it for You?\n\nCompetitive salary of £28,000–£30,000 DOE\nFree gym membership following probation\nCompany laptop\nDeath in service benefit (3x annual salary)\nCompany pension\nOngoing training and development opportunitiesIf you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and want to join a supportive, growing business, we would love to hear from you
