I am currently working with an International professional services firm who are looking for a Senior Specialist to support the Diversity and Inclusion Lead in the delivery of the D&I strategy across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading specific D&I initiatives and projects that support the broader D&I strategy. This will be initially for a 3 month period.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*Contributing actively to the delivery of D&I priorities *Providing specialist expertise to support Diversity & People Inclusion initiatives *Keep up to date in key developments/research in the specialist field of Diversity & Inclusion and update the business and policies/initiatives accordingly*Undertaking regular monitoring and data analysis and measure progress against key deliverables*Being a key point of specialist expertise to support leaders *Identify areas for collaboration across the wider Talent Development function*Key Requirements:*Previously led diversity programmes and initiatives across a multi- stakeholder business area*A genuine passion for D&I*A strategic mind-set*Have an excellent knowledge of D&I best practice*Experience of working in international teams/environments*The ability to build relationships at all levels *Excellent communication skills
