International Mobility ManagerLondonA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an International Mobility Manager in a highly regarded global law firm. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in International Mobility with senior moves. You will be the key member to assist with the strategic piece.This role would suit a corporate minded professional with strong communication skills. You should be an expert in international mobility processes including experience with immigration/visa requirement and providing relocation advice. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:Ensures compliance with in-house Global Mobility policy Provide leadership regarding mobility to HR colleagues Work closely with the local HR Generalist teams Build relationships and credibility with key partners and staff across the network Establish commercial relationship with other external provers and vendors Ensure the firm is immigration and regulatory compliant in international mobility cases, and advise HR colleagues on relevant practice and processes in respect to immigration Provide coaching to HR team to have quality and compliant conversations with their stakeholders Ensure timely review and payment of all vendor invoices Generation and review of assignment documentationDesired Skills and Experience: Exceptional client service and relationship building skills and commercially aware Strong experience in Global Mobility essential ,ideally from in-house, law Highly organised and strong project management skills Strong numeracy and spreadsheet skills with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure environment Up to date UK immigration knowledge is desirable
