Your new role:As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will have responsibility for a small group of key children within the pre-school provision. You will support their learning and development through engaging activities, observations and assessments, ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting a small group of key children within the pre-school setting
\n
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting on children's progress and development
\n
• Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS Framework
\n
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
\n
• Completing observations and maintaining accurate learning records
\n
• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
\n
• Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development
\n

What you'll need to succeed:

\n
• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
\n
• Previous experience working with pre-school-aged children
\n
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
\n
• Experience carrying out observations and assessments
\n
• A caring, enthusiastic and positive approach
\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
\n
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new DBS
\n
