This is a unique opportunity to join a small, collaborative and highly professional team, supporting senior Partners while playing a central role in the smooth running of the practice.

The Role
\n\n
This is a varied and hands-on position combining high-level PA support with office administration and operational coordination. Sitting at the heart of the business, you will act as a trusted support to senior professionals, ensuring efficiency, organisation, and exceptional attention to detail across all activities.
\n\n
Key responsibilities include:
\n\n
Executive / PA Support
\n\n
\n\t- Complex diary and inbox management for the Partner
\n\t- Coordinating meetings, site visits, and client engagements
\n\t- Drafting professional correspondence and liaising with solicitors, clients, and external stakeholders
\n\t- Managing expert witness instructions, tracking deadlines and maintaining accurate records
\n
\n\n
Office & Administrative Support
\n\n
\n\t- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems to a high standard
\n\t- Managing incoming documents, checking for accuracy and completeness
\n\t- Preparing reports, formatting documents, and organising technical records
\n\t- Handling scanning, filing, and document management processes
\n
\n\n
Office & Facilities
\n\n
\n\t- Preparing meeting rooms and organising hospitality
\n\t- Supporting the day-to-day running of the office environment
\n\t- Managing office supplies and ensuring a well-presented workspace
\n
\n\n
Coordination & Projects
\n\n
\n\t- Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
\n\t- Supporting internal communications and follow-ups on actions
\n\t- Assisting with process improvements, systems, and workflow efficiency (where appropriate)
\n\t- Providing support with events and occasional marketing initiatives
\n
\n\n
About You
\n\n
\n\t- Previous experience in an administrative, PA or office support role, ideally within a professional services environment (legal, architecture, engineering, consultancy)
\n\t- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
\n\t- Confident drafting professional correspondence and communicating with senior stakeholders
\n\t- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with strong ownership of tasks
\n\t- Discreet and trustworthy, comfortable handling sensitive information
\n\t- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
\n\t- Interest in improving systems and processes (exposure to AI tools advantageous)
\n
