Location: Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Cambridgeshire\n
Working Pattern: Hybrid with 2 days from home and 3 days in the community\n
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000\n
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm\n

Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a well-established, nurse-led provider delivering high-quality community-based care to children with complex health needs. Due to continued growth across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire, this is a stable, long-term leadership opportunity.\n
About the Role\n
\n As a
Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership across community packages, supporting children, families and care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care. This role suits an experienced paediatric nurse who enjoys autonomy, leadership and building strong relationships in the community.\n
Key Responsibilities\n
\n
\n - Clinical oversight of paediatric community care packages
\n - Completion of assessments, care plans and ongoing reviews
\n - Training, competency sign-off and clinical supervision of staff
\n - Liaison with families, MDTs and commissioners
\n - Maintaining high clinical standards across all packages
\n
Essential Requirements\n
\n
\n - Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN or RN Child) with an active NMC PIN
\n - Minimum of 3 years' UK experience in paediatric or community-based care
\n - Leadership or supervisory experience
\n - Recent experience with tracheostomy care and ventilation within the last 2 years
\n - Strong communication and organisational skills
\n - Full UK driving licence
\n
