Plumber Greater Manchester 3 months temp with the possibility of perm £21-£22 Umbrella/ CIS + van and fuel card Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in Manchester, who are looking for a Plumber to work for them. There is scope for the role to become permanent. A van and fuel card is provided, with prohibited personal use. Responsibilities of the Plumber includes: Completing reactive plumbing work on void and tenanted social housing properties Carrying out secondary work where required surrounding patch plastering, tiling and basic joinery Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures Maintaining van stock Ensuring customer satisfaction Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers' homes# Essential criteria includes: Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS Full UK Driving License Basic secondary skills in other trades are advantageous To be considered for this exciting role, please contact Davina Simon - Delivery Consultant at Hamilton Woods or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing the job ID number.
