Salary: £50,000 per annum + Company Van + Fuel Card

Gilmartins is expanding and we are looking for experienced plumbers to join our growing social housing repairs team across Cambridge.

This is a permanent, directly employed position offering excellent earning potential, long-term job security and a consistent workload.

• Cambridge and surrounding areas

Applicants must be willing to work across all contract areas.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced plumber with additional multi-trade skills including:

• Patch repair plastering
• Basic carpentry (desirable)
• Basic tiling (desirable)
• Basic electrics (like for like)

You will carry out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

You will have:

• Experience working within social housing reactive maintenance
• Strong plumbing skills
• Experience working in occupied homes
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload
• Full UK manual driving licence
