Production Operative

Hello \n\nWe are currently looking for a Production Operative, if this is something of interest then please get in touch.\n\nOur client based in Milton Keynes are currently recruiting for on a Temp to Perm basis. \n\nJob Purpose\n\nThe Production Operative is responsible for supporting the manufacturing or production processes by operating air guns, handling materials, assembling products, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOperate production tools or equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing or assembly processes.\nInspect materials, products, or equipment to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.\nAssemble and pack products as per company specifications and customer requirements.\nFollow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.\nReport any faults or issues with equipment or materials to the supervisor.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.\nMonitor production levels and notify supervisors of any discrepancies or delays.\nMaintain accurate records of production activities, including output and waste levels.Key Skills and Competencies\n\nAttention to detail and focus on quality control.\nBasic understanding of production processes and equipment.\nAbility to operate tools safely.\nGood communication skills to report issues and work effectively in a team.\nAbility to work to tight deadlines and meet production targets.\nGood organizational skills and ability to multitask.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Hours of work\n\n8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.\n\nPay\n\n£12.71 holiday accrued or £14.24 holiday paid. \n\nIf you are interested, please send a copy of your CV to (url removed).\n\nKind regards,\n\nJared Raymond\n(url removed)\n\nProactive Global is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.\nProactive Global is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
