Project Support Officer (Early Careers Programme)\n
Location: London

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Support Officer to support the delivery of a large early careers engineering programme (graduates and apprentices). This is a varied role focused on coordination, events, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll be doing\n
\n - Planning and coordinating UK and international trips (travel, logistics, risk assessments)
\n - Creating high-quality presentations and programme documentation
\n - Supporting the rollout of a new early careers delivery model
\n - Organising events, talks, training sessions and graduations
\n - Managing logistics and administration for engineering training and courses
\n - Supporting development of a digital "landing zone" for early careers users
\n - Maintaining accurate records and supporting finance/admin processes
\n
What we're looking for\n
\n - Strong organisational and coordination skills in a project or programme environment
\n - Experience planning events, travel or logistics
\n - Confident creating presentations and documentation (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
\n - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
\n - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
\n - Proactive, detail-oriented and people-focused
\n
