Project Worker\n\nFull Time | Shift-Based Role\n\nWe are looking for a compassionate and proactive Project Worker to support vulnerable individuals within a supported housing environment. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their goals, maintain their tenancy, access relevant services, and move towards greater independence.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Provide person-centred support, advice and guidance to clients with a range of support needs.\n\n * Complete assessments, support plans, risk assessments and case reviews.\n\n * Build positive relationships with clients, encouraging engagement and personal development.\n\n * Liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure clients access appropriate services.\n\n * Support clients with benefits, housing applications, appointments and move-on plans.\n\n * Respond to incidents, manage challenging situations and provide crisis intervention where required.\n\n * Assist with the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment.\n\n * Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks in line with policies and procedures.\n\n * Conduct health & safety checks, property inspections and report maintenance issues.\n\nAbout You\n\n * Experience supporting vulnerable individuals or those with complex needs.\n\n * Understanding of homelessness, housing support, mental health or related social issues.\n\n * Strong communication and relationship-building skills.\n\n * Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.\n\n * Good IT and administrative skills with attention to detail.\n\n * Able to work independently and as part of a team.\n\n * Committed to equality, diversity, inclusion and maintaining professional boundaries.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n * A positive, non-judgemental approach.\n\n * Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.\n\n * Ability to work flexibly on a shift rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required.\n\n * Passion for helping people achieve positive outcomes and greater independence.\n\nPlease apply with your CV via the apply button
