Your new role You will be supporting the Talent Attraction Manager in delivering an efficient and cost-effective recruitment process. Working closing with the candidates providing advice and guidance throughout the hiring process. You will be cover recruitment administration including drafting job adverts, scheduling interviews and providing contracts for new starters. You will also have input into various projects as well as keeping social media platforms UpToDate, planning and executing assessment centres as well as providing guidance on best resources. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience of working in recruitment of HR with client facing environment with various stakeholders.
