You will partner with the client as their primary point of contact and ensure quality and timeliness in candidate delivery by providing feedback and quality control on submissions from external suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring that an effective and cost-efficient service is delivered. You'll manage the recruitment process in accordance with current legislation, advising the business on recruitment best practice processes and market updates and work as part of a dynamic and flexible remote team structure. You will use data and insights to show stakeholders how we can reduce costs and time to fill on requirements by presenting to the client in a compelling evidence driven manner.What you'll need to succeedYou will have a proven track record within recruitment drawn from an RPO/MSP, agency or inhouse role. An understanding of contract/ temp roles is also a plus.
