Regional Trainer

Maternity Cover staring from June 2026 (9 month contract)

(30 Hours / 4Days) Remote/Office Based

We are looking for an experienced and confident Regional Trainer to join our team on a 30-hour, 4-day working week.

Working days will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

This will be a remote working role, so candidates must have strong internet connection.

• \nYou will be responsible for delivering induction training to new employees via Microsoft Teams
\n
• \nProviding specialist training in areas such as end-of-life care and advanced dementia.
\n
• \nUse internal company systems to maintain accurate training records and update learner progress.
\n
• \nYou must be willing to travel across the region as required to support the training delivery and business needs.
\n
• \nDeliver in house practical training across the region as required.
\n

The ideal candidate will have a background in

• \nAdult social care
\n
• \nPrevious training experience preferred
\n
• \nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
\n
• \nYou should be comfortable delivering virtual training sessions and confident engaging learners remotely.
\n
• \nA Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) would be an advantage.
\n
