Be a part of it.\nWe are looking for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a passion for delivering outstanding care.\nYou’ll be working 42 hours a week (Days 07:30am – 20:00pm and Nights 19:30pm – 08:00am including alternative Weekends) at The Daley Care Centre.\nThe Daley Care Centre is a specialist Neurological Complex Care service in Sheffield, dedicated to supporting individuals with high nursing needs, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and complex neurological conditions.\nExperience in complex care such as Stoma Care, Spinal Injuries, Tracheostomy care, Suctioning, Catheter Care and Enteral Feeding is desirable in this role.\nOur dedicated team of registered nurses, support workers, and in-house therapists work together to deliver comprehensive care and support with measurable outcomes.\nThe Daley Care Centre is located in the beautiful, tranquil countryside setting of Deepcar just 10 minutes outside of Sheffield city centre.

It provides a warm, homely setting with all of the on-site equipment and facilities needed to offer complex medical care to individuals with a wide range of conditions.\nYour Day-to-Day\n * Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations\n * Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality\n * Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing\n * Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals.\n * Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.\nYou are…\n * Open, compassionate, honest & resilient\n * A Registered Nurse with a current Pin Number\n * Capable to maintain documentation and undertake audits\n * Well informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 & have an understanding of latest nursing practices\n * Able to deputise in a clinical lead role\n * Focused on patient recovery to monitor, manage & reduce risk\n * Helping to empower & support service user independence.\nWhy Cygnet?
