Global Luxury Goods brand requires a permanent Retail Operations Co-ordinator to join them in their London Head Office. You will be involved in all missions aimed at optimising retail processes and improving the customer experience, in a context of sustained growth in turnover. To provide a constant support to the retail network on all processes and tools to improve store operations, both back-office (stock and admin.) and front-office (sales and service).Commercial and administrative support:Provide daily operational support to the stores as needed on all areas.Support during the destocking / special sales / new store opening operations.Support the yearly price update: check consistency with Finance, check prices in Cegid, pass on the information to the stores, share any guideline.Control and management of all CITES documentation.Liaise with logistics suppliers for any follow-up (pending deliveries, CITES permits, claims etc).Liaise with customer service in Paris for any follow-up (pending deliveries, prioritisation, suspension, invoicing, credits etc).Delivery claim management (filing of a claim and follow-up with the stores).Support Finance with monthly credit reconciliation.Run monthly KPI reports and advise Retail Operations Manager of any possible action plan.Monitor store shrinkage and propose possible action plan.Monitor negative stock and propose possible action plan, as well as supporting the stores with its deployment.Participate in the monthly stock management meetings.Support before (preparation), during and after (investigation) the stores’ cycle counts / annual stocktakes as needed.Ensure the accurate and efficient use of existing after-sales tools.Monitor after-sales KPIs and recommend any action plan.Liaise with local repair providers when necessary.Attend monthly Group After-Sales meeting and action any follow-up. You, ideally, will be retail and service-oriented, with a good knowledge of store front-office and back-office operations, acquired through previous experience in Sales and/or Operations. “Hands-on” / “can-do” attitude, pragmatism, proactivity.
