\nI C Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent SEN school in Thetford, which is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to become part of a specialist setting that provides a nurturing, person-centred learning environment for secondary-aged pupils with Autism and a range of additional needs. The school is dedicated to helping every learner develop confidence, resilience and independence through a therapeutic and holistic approach to education.
The Role\nYou will teach Science across KS3 and KS4 (up to GCSE), delivering engaging and creative lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of each learner.
\nWorking with small class sizes of typically 6–10 pupils, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, provide personalised support and help students achieve both academically and personally.
\nThe school places a strong emphasis on integrating therapeutic strategies into everyday teaching, creating an environment where pupils feel safe, valued and inspired to learn.
The Ideal Candidate\nWe are looking for a teacher who:
