Senior Design Manager Permanent £competitive+ (DOE) + package North West Manchester Join a Tier 1 main contractor with an excellent pipeline of works in the Manchester region. My client is a leading Tier 1 main building contractor with an excellent reputation in the marketplace. Due to an increase in recent contracts they currently require a Senior Design Manager's to join their team. They have won a number of schemes projects range from £50million to £100million from the DfE, as well as some large new build commercial office. They require an experienced Senior Design Manager to run design phases both starting in pre construction through to onsite delivery. The Senior Design Manager they are looking for must be experienced in delivering projects for a main building contractor. You will be in charge of managing the design team chairing meeting and dealing a lot direct with the client. To consider you will have proven experience of the following; • Contracting experience of at least 5 years. • Various forms of construction technology. • Using Microsoft suite of Office programmes; inc. Excel, Word, Outlook and Project. • Management of multiple projects or Projects of a complex nature or high value This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to join a large reputable Tier 1 main contractor that has a strong pipeline of works within the North west region.
