Finishing / Site Manager – New Build Residential\n\nLocation: Oxford\nRate: Competitive DOE\nContract: Minimum 6-Month Contract\nStart Date: Immediate / ASAP\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Finishing / Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a new build residential development in Oxford.\n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing all finishing trades, ensuring high-quality standards are achieved, coordinating subcontractors, and driving plots through to completion and handover.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-focused Site Manager with strong residential experience to join a busy project with an established contractor.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Manage day-to-day finishing activities on site\n\n * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades\n\n * Ensure all plots are completed to a high standard\n\n * Oversee snagging and de-snagging works\n\n * Maintain site health & safety standards\n\n * Monitor programme deadlines and drive project completion\n\n * Conduct quality inspections and customer walkthroughs\n\n * Liaise with project managers, clients, and site teams\n\n * Ensure all works are completed in line with NHBC standards\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or Site Manager on new build residential projects\n\n * Strong eye for detail and quality control\n\n * Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines\n\n * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates\n\n * Strong communication and organisational skills\n\n * Experience working on volume housing developments preferred\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Minimum 6-month contract\n\n * Competitive rates\n\n * Immediate start available\n\n * Opportunity to work with a reputable residential contractor\n\n * Potential for contract extension\n\nWork Location: In person
