Site Supervisor

\n·Scheduling and resource planning to ensure tasks are matched to skills and availability. \n·Securing necessary permits, plant, and materials for projects in consultation with delivery teams. \n·Coordinating cyclical maintenance and improvement initiatives to ensure highway assets operate effectively.

\n·Monitoring site safety, productivity, and quality of work, recording findings in asset management systems. \n·Assisting with client quoting, scoping, and site visits throughout scheme delivery. \n·Supporting the development, monitoring, and updating of standard operating procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.

\n·Leading, motivating, and providing feedback to frontline teams, escalating issues when necessary. \n·Assisting with recruitment and supporting training initiatives to promote team development. \n·Participating in out-of-hours operational duties, including winter standby and weekend/evening scheme supervision when required.\n\nThe Highway Supervisor will have key experience in:\n\n·Supervising highway construction and maintenance schemes, particularly carriageways and footways.

\n·Managing and motivating teams to ensure high standards of productivity and workmanship. \n·Health and safety compliance and operational risk management on site. \n·Working with contractors and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
